Two days of fun and fitness!

Get ready to play, like never before! Don't miss this exciting weekend focusing on the future of fitness mixed in with plenty of fun!

Take part in a range of mixed reality sports, multisensory experiences and learn about the science of the human body, how it works, and what it needs to be happy and healthy.

Have a go with Multi-Ball, an interactive digital sports wall that measures movement using precision sensors and motion tracking.

Footsteps will get you moving, with activities based on a combination of technology, games, traditional sports and science. FAM (Functional Adaptive Movement) are bringing back strength and conditioning classes for all ages and abilities too.

We'll be joined by experts in exercise science and physiology at the University of Auckland, test your reaction speed with Richoh's BlazePod challenge, plus there's a whole stack of other physical challenges and inclusive sports activities for you to discover.

Need a time-out? Relax and enjoy live entertainment and fuel up at one of the food trucks.

No matter your fitness ability or accessibility level, this weekend is all about having a go and checking out the latest and greatest in all things sports and tech.

So grab your smartwatch, fitness tracker or odometer and run, jump or skip your way into MOTAT.

Please note: Photography and filming may take place on the day for marketing purposes
