Seven of the best Christmas movies around, along with some great entertainment and a chance to see Santa.

Son of a nutcracker, it's nearly Christmas, and MOTAT is bringing you a Meri Kirihimete with Christmas drive in movies!

That's right, we have seven fun and festive nights of the best Christmas movies around, and you
can watch them on New Zealand's largest outdoor screen.

From Die Hard to Elf, we have a movie to suit you and your Crimble crew, for only $30 per car.

There are limited tickets available so book now, plus we will have food trucks onsite so you can grab snacks or dinner.

As a famous Grinch once said, "Maybe Christmas doesn’t come from a store. Maybe Christmas, perhaps, means a little bit more." So grab the whānau and friends, load up the car with snacks and spend some quality time in front of the big screen.

Due to the ongoing Covid-19 restrictions this event will only run if Auckland reaches orange (or green) in the Covid-19 ‘traffic light’ Protection Framework. If we do not reach orange by the event date, all ticket holders will receive a full refund.  

To make sure this event runs safety, the following Covid-19 safety precautions will be in place:  

*Visitors are to remain in their car unless using the restroom or for

Masks are mandatory when leaving your car. Please maintain
a one metre distance from other visitors.

Visitors/cars are unable to leave the drive-in once parked unless
there is an emergency.

Our MOTAT elves will guide you to park one metre apart
from other cars. Please park forward facing with all doors closed (no
siting in the deck or in the back with the boot open for this one sorry!)
